We're sincerely thankful that he spent the entire afternoon with us, reconnecting with longtime friends and meeting wonderful new faces. 📚 Mr. Hei reminded us that learning doesn't end with graduation. It begins the moment we enter the workforce. Curiosity fuels growth, and as we continue embracing new technologies like smartphones and AI, there's always more to discover. He emphasized two pillars of truly great companies: respect and growth. Respect goes beyond politeness. It's about presence—making eye contact, listening deeply, and creating space for others to feel seen and heard. In a fast-changing world filled with uncertainty, Mr. Hei's message couldn't be more timely: Stay curious. Never stop learning. Lead with respect. We're deeply grateful for Mr. John Hei's wisdom and warmth. The lessons we've taken away will stay with us not just at work, but in every part of our lives.

我們與國泰人壽合作的「國泰步步攻億走」健走活動，阿卡希亞全體同仁攜手達成了 430萬步，達標率108% 的亮眼成績！🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ 所有參與企業與個人總共踏出1082億步，因此國泰人壽將捐贈800萬元，投入海洋綠洲、龜鄉守護、友善茶園等社會與環境公益計畫，為台灣的永續發展ESG共同盡一份心力。阿卡希亞將於十月獲得「企業永續獎盃」，我們也名列於國泰新聞稿中，作為推動永續健康生活的企業之一！ 工商日報- https://www.ctee.com.tw/news/20250709700157-439901 中國時報- https://www.chinatimes.com/newsp.../20250709000236-260205... In collaboration with Cathay Life Insurance, Akacia proudly participated in the “Cathay Walk for Impact” challenge. Together, our team achieved an impressive total of 4.3 million steps, reaching 108% of our goal! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Across all participating companies and individuals, over 10.82 billion steps were recorded. As a result, Cathay Life Insurance will donate NT$8 million to support various social and environmental initiatives, including the Marine Oasis Project, Turtle Habitat Conservation, and Friendly Tea Garden Development, contributing to Taiwan's ESG and sustainable development efforts. Akacia will receive the Corporate Sustainability Trophy in October, and we are also featured in Cathay's official press release as one of the companies promoting a sustainable and healthy lifestyle!
