[ 擴大徵才中 ] MechaTronix was formed in 2007. MechaTronix provides a wide variety of electro-mechanical parts as well as assemblies for the international Original Equipment Manufacturers market. Starting off with the production of metal and plastic enclosures for electronic applications and the assembly of half-products and elaborate cables, MechaTronix utilized several production processes, amongst which die casting, forging, extrusion and plastic injection. The application of secondary processes such as CNC grinding and cutting and finishing such as anodizing, painting and silk screen printing enable us to offer a very high degree of customization and personalization to our customers. It was through the expertise in these processes that MechaTronix found its stride as a serious contender in the market of heatsinks and cooling engines. What started as a one-off venture into the extrusion of aluminium heatsinks resulted in a very comprehensive package of cooling solutions for the booming international LED market. Nowadays, MechaTronix is the preferred cooling partner for world leading LED manufacturers like LG Innotek, Philips, Osram,… with an offering of heat sinks and cooling solutions for every conceivable LED application. The Technical Engineer is responsible for key mechanical components design, development and optimization.
He/She assists on new product designs, negotiates with suppliers to find technical solutions for projects, and assists the sales and marketing staff on technical matters.
For this vacancy we are looking for the following profile:
-A dynamic and open minded person with a perfect group oriented spirit.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering.
-Basic experience with drawing software SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Pro-E.
-Thermal engineering knowledge is a plus.
-Preferable some experience in ISO and quality systems.
-Has a more than decent ability in spoken and written English.
-Familiar with ODM/OEM business model

此為內勤職位，負責支援歐洲業務團隊的溫室LED燈具專案，主要工作包括報價製作、成本計算、ERP系統操作與訂單處理。需與歐洲的前線業務，以及台灣的研發、財務及生產排程專員密切合作，確保專案執行順利與成本控管正確。

---主要職責---
• 溫室LED照明專案的報價製作、成本計算與訂單管理。
• 管理各項專案文件，包括合約、設計圖與出貨單據。
• 使用ERP系統維護客戶資料、品號、BOM與訂單紀錄。
• 與研發及生管部門合作，在排程生產前確認料件規格正確。
• 專案交付後，核對實際生產成本並提供資料給財務部門做利潤分攤與結案。
• 協助準備並寄送樣品，支援內部或客戶需求。
---資格與要求---
• 具備5年以上國外業務、報價作業或供應協調相關經驗。
• 熟悉國際貿易概念，於進出口文件作業有實務經驗。
• 有實務ERP作業經驗，對其運作邏輯有一定概念，無論使用過哪套系統皆可。
• 擁有細心、主動積極、理解力好的特質。
• 中等的英語能力是必須的，而流利的英語能力將會是個加分。
