By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, you will help our health representatives and channel partners understand and convey our pro-innovation and pro-patient policies. Your efforts will ensure that our products reach as many patients and providers as possible, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes through effective communication and education. What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: • Engage key stakeholders in Taiwan including Country Manager, Category Lead, People Experience, etc to provide consultation and advice for organizational learning strategy and priorities • Develop, design, and deliver engaging training interventions for customer-facing commercial colleagues using diverse methods • Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources • Master multiple delivery modalities to deliver training programs within budget, addressing identified capability needs • Coordinate brand trainings with subject matter experts, set performance standards, and establish a training certification process to ensure critical capabilities are certified • Ensure business requirements are met through efficient and valued customer-facing training services, while monitoring the budget • Establish regular touch points to discuss field coaching observations and accordingly build/implement the appropriate training sustainability solutions. • Drive the change management of Pfizer ecosystems (tools and processes) to EM standards in conjunction with the BU heads and other CLT stakeholders. • Make use of training  evaluation tools  and partner with the business to discuss training metrics, outcomes and generate insights for continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance of training content/activities and approval system is followed with the proper documentation in place. Monitor the adherence to streamlined local review and approval of learning materials • Seeks opportunities to streamline Training delivery. Set performance standards and establish/document training certification process to ensure all trainees are certified on critical capabilities that enable them to manage successful customer facing interactions.  • Contribution to the EM & ICO Training strategy o Provide local market insights to the global and EM learning strategy teams to ensure the global offering meets the complex local requirements. o Co-develop with GCET to design and deliver brands, commercial skills, systems and tools training interventions for customer-facing commercial colleagues using multiple and mixed methods to engage the modern learner. o Contribute to the development of the training Operating Plan to agree key training priorities in line with the business needs, and secure budget. o Secure alignment of the Taiwan Training activities to the ICO & EM Training strategy. • Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, develop new options, and operate independently in ambiguous situations • Work independently on assignments, seeking guidance on unusual or complex problems “Please submit your application to Pfizer Careers via https://pfizer.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/zh-TW/PfizerCareers/job/Taiwan---Taipei/Training-Manager---Taiwan_4936457?source=104”

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) is primarily responsible for external medical stakeholder engagement, with the role focused on field-based scientific exchange. This includes the execution of medical-to-medical interactions and collaborative external medical projects, in alignment with the oncology medical strategy in Taiwan. MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES  1. Medical Scientific Communication 1.1 Exchange clinical data and medical information of key products and update disease area knowledge with external stakeholders. This includes disseminating relevant scientific updates and collecting clinical insights. 1.2 Establish and maintain professional relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and exchange unbiased, evidence-based scientific information between KOLs and the company.  1.3 Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced and medical information to customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests.  2. Medical and Therapeutic Area-Related Activities   2.1. Execute external medical initiatives such as medical advisory board meetings, Pfizer-sponsored scientific events. 2.2. Provide scientific support and collaborate with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders for activities related to therapeutic area tactics, education programs, or society events. 3.
