工作內容: 1. 負責從產品的需求分析、產品設計、研發跟進到最終上線的部分或全部流程。 2. 需求管理:收集用戶需求,進行需求分析,並提煉排定產品需求。 3. 前後台項目文件撰寫與數據彙整更新維護。 4. 跟進保證:跨部門協調和溝通,推動UI、研發、QA等人員緊密合作達成產品目標;對接開發、測試、市場等各個環節,推動多個產品的功能完善、性能改進。 5. 運營支援:配合運營成員推廣產品,對接運營及使用者的問題需求,給予解決 方案,提供文檔支援。 6. 具備對開發所需技術邏輯的基礎理解,在設計功能時,能夠基於這些知識進行規劃,並與技術團隊進行高效溝通與協作。 7. 持續優化專案執行、開發及測試的流程。 要求條件: 1. 主動積極、有責任心。 2. 能夠高效應對問題與反饋,確保在保持質量的前提下提供有效回應。 3. 思緒與邏輯清晰、做事細心嚴謹。 4. 有良好溝通能力、善於團隊合作。 5. 熟悉原型Axure Rp8以上版本或Figma 加分條件: 1. 對遊戲或區塊鏈有一定程度的理解,並保持對遊戲使用者體驗的研究。 2. 熟悉敏捷開發或瀑布式開發的方法,並能夠有效地分配資源和設定項目時程。 3. 擅長一種或以上的專案管理工具,如:Jira、redmine、Asana等 Job Description: 1.Responsible for part or all of the process from product requirement analysis, product design, R&D follow-up, to final launch. 2.Requirement Management: Collect user requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and refine and prioritize product needs. 3.Write and maintain documentation for front-end and back-end projects, including data collection, updates, and maintenance. 4.Project Follow-up: Coordinate and communicate across departments, ensuring close collaboration among UI, R&D, QA, and other teams to achieve product goals; liaise with development, testing, and marketing teams to drive product functionality improvements and performance enhancements. 5.Operational Support: Assist the operations team in promoting products, address issues and requirements from operations and users, provide solutions, and offer documentation support. 6.Have a basic understanding of technical logic required for development, allowing for effective function planning and efficient communication with the technical team. 7.Continuously optimize project execution, development, and testing processes.
