We are keen to look for a dynamic, mature and flexible Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative, development and open to personal assistant support to the company CEO. Primary point of contact on CEO's related matters: • Communicate with related parties on CEO's behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally • Communicate directly with management team members, clients, and others as directed, draft and/ or send official company announcements • Manage the CEO's email inbox and other communication channels as requested • Provide daily office assistance such as answering phones, receiving package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, greeting and signing in visitors/guests for Executives • Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role for direct access to CEO's time and office • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Email & Schedule Management: • Manage, plan and coordinate CEO's calendar and schedule, and ensure their schedules are followed and respected • Assist CEO with daily administrative duties that include but not limited to completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas Administrative support: • Compose and prepare correspondence; compile documents for meetings • Draft reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with related parties as requested • Support on external commitments, such as service on external boards, committees and other groups if applicable • Maintain a reminder schedule for important clients/ contacts' birthdays; important events, coordinate with related internal parties on sending CEO's blessings, and drafting related content • Assist in and attend meetings. Take meeting minutes and send to related parties for follow-up as needed • Assist in coordinating the agenda of management team meetings. Prepare an account of the meetings, designate and follow up on assigned action items • Any ad hoc duties assigned by CEO/the Company

• University degree or above in related disciplines • Possess relevant 5+ years' Executive Assistant and Administrative experience • Familiar with Microsoft software (Word, Excel and PPT etc.) • Proactive, mature, flexible and a team player • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese (verbal Mandarin)
