Location: Taiwan Department: Supply Chain / Operations Reports To: CEO, US Accounting Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to manage the acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to optimizing procurement processes. Key Responsibilities • Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and assess potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance. • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and agreements. • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains. • Procurement Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management.
