工作內容

1. Plan and control material requirements (MRP) to ensure a stable supply for production. 2. Plan production schedules and capacity, monitor progress, and delivery timelines. 3. Manage Contract Manufacturers, including scheduling, cost negotiation, outsourcing, quality, and delivery control. 4. Analyze production reports and ensure timely progress and issue resolution. 5. Create and implement shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines. 6. Coordinate export procedures, ensuring smooth customs clearance and accurate documentation. 7. Maintain ISO9001:2015 quality system and handle audits and continuous improvements. 8. Synchronize production status with the US office daily and continuously pull in the schedule.

其他條件

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in electronics or assembly manufacturing, including 3+ years in a managerial role. • Familiar with Ｄigiwin ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling. • Skilled in outsourcing management, delivery control, progress tracking, and cost control. • Experience in team restructuring and process improvement is a plus. • Familiar with ISO 9001 system implementation and audit processes. • Strong interdepartmental communication and leadership skills. • Intermediate or above English proficiency for basic communication and document handling.
