We seek an Senior Test Engineer who thrives on collaborative teamwork within our agile environment, actively contributing expertise to meet team commitments. You will work with Development Team to Identify, propose, prioritize and implement test plans. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the releases of our products to ensure every release happens in a timely manner with a high level of quality. Responsibilities 1. You are responsible for monitoring the quality of the software of the wireless presentation and collaboration products. 2. You validate the features developed by the other scrum team members and make sure the Definition Of Done is applied. 3. You support continuous integration by automating test cases - all automated tests are written in Python and are running on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux). 4. You help propagate Test Driven Development principles. 5. You share tools and practices with your test development colleagues. 6. Be hands-on in planning and running necessary tests, identifying and tracing issues and driving issues to resolution, and communicating product QA status to everyone. 7.Create and support QA & release pipelines. 8. Validate and integrate deliverables: Oversee the intake, validation, and integration of ODM software components through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. 7. Manage complex dependencies: Identify, track, and resolve software-related dependencies and risks across the entire development ecosystem, ensuring smooth program execution. 8. Facilitate stakeholder alignment: Serves from a SW perspective as the primary communication hub between ODM suppliers, internal development teams, architects, and program management, ensuring all parties remain aligned on objectives and deliverables. 9. Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize collaboration processes between suppliers and internal teams, implementing best practices that enhance delivery efficiency and quality. Join our innovative team as a Senior Video Test Engineer, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the video quality, performance, and reliability of our wireless presentation and collaboration products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and fellow testers to deliver a premium user experience through meticulous video validation, test automation, and issue analysis. [Responsibilities] 1. Monitor and ensure the video quality and performance of wireless presentation and collaboration systems across diverse platforms and use cases. 2. Validate features with a strong focus on video streaming, encoding/decoding, playback synchronization, and ensure the Definition of Done is consistently met. 3. Develop and maintain automated test cases for video and multimedia functionality using Python, running across platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux). 4. Support Test Driven Development (TDD) and promote best practices for video QA and automated testing. 5. Share tools, frameworks, and best practices for video test automation with test development colleagues. 6. Lead manual and exploratory testing of video features such as latency, resolution switching, frame drops, artifact detection, and AV sync. 7. Build and support QA pipelines for automated video quality analysis, release verification, and performance testing. 8. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in an Agile environment to ensure test coverage of video features. 9. Ensure video quality in quarterly firmware releases, including regression and stability tests for video pipelines. 10. Manage and triage video-related issues from partners/customers, including streaming problems, playback issues, or compatibility errors. 11. Debug and analyze logs, video artifacts, and synchronization issues to support development teams in narrowing down root causes.
