Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to spearhead the growth and operational excellence of our Maison in Taiwan.
This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can elevate our retail and partner retail performance while embodying the sophistication of our Maison.
You will be responsible for driving commercial success, expanding our market presence, and cultivating an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Leadership & Team Development:
• Lead and inspire a high-calibre team across retail and partner retail, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for our Maison.
• Define clear commercial objectives, KPIs, and incentive structures to maximize team performance and accountability.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talents, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values & DNA and business ambitions.
2. Business Strategy & Financial Performance:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve aggressive revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Oversee budget allocation and cost control while safeguarding brand exclusivity and margin integrity.
• Implement data-driven sales analysis to identify growth opportunities, adequate products strategy in collaboration with the merchandising department, and mitigate risks across all channels.
3. Retail & Retail Partner Network:
• Optimize the performance of our boutiques and partner retail accounts through strategic merchandising, staff training, visual merchandising and operational rigor.
• Identify and secure new distribution opportunities, including top tier malls, retail partners enhancement, pop-up concepts, and corporate collaborations.
• Negotiate high-impact commercial terms with key accounts, ensuring mutual profitability and long-term partnerships.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge:
• Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate trends, client preferences, and competitive threats in Taiwan’s luxury landscape.
• Leverage insights to advise regional and global teams on product assortment, pricing strategies, and localized marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a pulse on macroeconomic factors, regulatory changes, and digital innovations impacting luxury retail.
5. Client Experience & Brand Elevation:
• Uphold the highest standards of clienteling, ensuring personalized service and enduring relationships with HNWI and VIP clientele.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft exclusive events, trunk shows, and CRM programs that reinforce brand desirability.
• Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising, inventory management, and boutique ambiance to reflect Maison excellence.
