Account Engineer

新竹縣竹北市2年以上專科待遇面議

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales/ Account Engineer to support and grow our customer base in the electronics and surface finishing industries (customer in Southeast Asia, mainly focus on Thailand). You will serve as the key link between our innovative chemical solutions and our customers' technical and production needs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the electronics and plating industries • Provide technical support and product recommendations to meet customer requirements • Conduct product trials, troubleshooting, and process optimization at customer sites • Collaborate with R&D and application teams to deliver customized solutions • Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field • 2+ years of experience in technical sales or process engineering (preferably in surface finishing or electronics) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Willingness to work in Thailand and occasionally travel across the region (foreign) • Fluent in Chinese and English • Thai proficiency is a major plus (for regional collaboration and customer engagement) 職位簡介：誠徵一位具備專業技術背景且積極主動的技術銷售／客戶工程師，以支持並拓展我們在電子及表面處理行業的東南亞區客戶基礎(主要為泰國)。您將成為我們創新化學解決方案與客戶技術和生產需求之間的重要橋樑。主要職責： • 建立並維持與電子與電鍍行業客戶的良好合作關係 • 根據客戶需求提供技術支援與產品建議 • 於客戶現場進行產品測試、故障排除及製程優化 • 與研發與應用團隊合作，提供客製化解決方案 • 發掘新商機，協助推動銷售成長策略任職資格： • 化學工程、材料科學或相關領域的學士學位 • 具備2年以上技術銷售或製程工程經驗(具表面處理或電子行業經驗者尤佳) • 具備優異的溝通與問題解決能力 • 能接受於泰國工作，並偶爾需至其他地區(國外)出差 • 能流利使用中文與英語 • 若具泰語能力者，將為一大優勢(便於區域合作與客戶溝通)
