The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee legal matters within the organization, including the drafting, reviewing, editing, and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts such as sales agreements, distributor agreements, sublicense agreements, service agreements, supply chain management (SCM) agreements, quality agreements, investment agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Additionally, the position involves providing legal support for any projects or tasks assigned by supervisors, whether they are directly or indirectly related to legal issues.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is eager to learn, passionate about customer support, and interested in EV technology. This role involves handling technical support tickets, assisting in troubleshooting issues, and contributing to service and operations reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced support setting and wants to build a career in IT or technical operations 1. Manage and triage support tickets from Zendesk and support emails. 2. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users or customers. 3. Analyze support data to identify trends and improvement areas. 4. Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex issues. 5. Prioritize and respond to tickets in a timely, professional manner. 6. Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support cases. 8. Monitor ongoing tickets and communicate relevant updates. 9. Support data tracking and reporting of support metrics. 10. Assist with information gathering for operational and service reports. 11. Help create documentation related to EV site and charger issues. 12. Collaborate cross-functionally to suggest process and tool enhancements.

We are looking for experienced front end engineers to join us. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a website or web application. Work closely with designers and back-end developers to translate visual designs and wireframes into functional and interactive digital products. Responsibilities -Use typescript to create, maintain, improve user-friendly web pages -Optimize web for maximum speed and scalability -Ensure high quality graphic standards -Collaborate with pms, designers, engineers -Help engineers with coding, troubleshooting, and code-reviewing.
