You will serve as a key liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring product success through education, support, and feedback collection. Job Description • Act as the product expert for our IVD prognostic product in both domestic and international markets, including participation in international exhibitions and conferences. • Provide remote and on-site( if required ) technical support to domestic and international clients and partners, including training sessions, product onboarding, and troubleshooting. • Work with international distributors and local representatives to ensure consistent product messaging and performance. • Assist with the development of marketing materials, user manuals, and training resources. • Collect and analyze international market feedback, regulatory requirements, and user experience to improve product usability and compliance. • Track customer feedback and clinical use cases to help improve product performance and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Quality) to support regional product adaptation and documentation.
