風睿能源(SRE)為台灣離岸風電產業之標竿本地開發商。自 2012 年起投入離岸風電開發以來,率先於 2016 年十月獨立規劃完成台灣首座離岸風場「海洋風電(Formosa l)」第一階段兩部示範風機之架設,並於 2018 至 2019 年,偕同跨國開發團隊協力完成第二階段二十支,總容量為 128 MW 風機建置工程,進而於 2019 年底啟動商業運轉。海洋風電目前為台灣唯一商轉之離岸風力發電場。 繼「海洋風電(Formosa l)」後,「海能風電(Formosa II)」為風睿能源目前參與規劃和興造之第二項大型離岸風電開發案。場址位於苗栗外海,場域規模近七十平方公里,由四十七座 8 MW 風機組成,總裝置容量為 376 MW。待完工後,每年約可提供三十八萬家戶之用電需求。 風睿能源持續展現對環境的熱情,專注於永續能源的開發與經營,2021 年 7 月,風睿能源與台灣菁英開發商與供應鏈業者攜手合作,成立「離岸風電台灣隊(Taiwan Team)」, 不但為台灣的離岸風電發展豎立了里程碑,也為亞洲的能源轉型寫下新的一頁。 【公司地址】 台北市辦公室:臺北市信義區信義路五段108號10樓 苗栗竹南升壓站:苗栗縣竹南鎮復興路616巷20號 台中港辦公室:台中市清水區北五路75號

秉持和地方共榮、共好的精神, SRE 致力和地方政府攜手,推動地方創生和觀光,並持續努力和在地社群與團體建立夥伴關係。 2016 年風睿能源跑在環評前,自主提出聘用漁民擔任鯨豚觀察員的機制,訓練出全台第一批 25 位,由在地漁民轉任的鯨豚觀察員,開創全臺先例。 2020 年起,風睿能源再度領先全台,翻轉地方創生概念,將美食餐車,街頭表演,和時尚又浪漫的露天電影院帶進苗栗龍鳳漁港,打造全台獨家的「吹吹風電影院」,短短兩年已成為苗栗沿海指標性的藝文活動,除了成功推廣漁港觀光,也促進了地方微型經濟發展。同一時間,我們也和苗栗縣政府及地方漁會合作,參與「慢魚海岸」推廣計畫,致力讓綠色能源與在地社群連結。 日後我們將持續配合離岸風電發展,在鼓勵民眾親海、近海、認識新能源的同時,活化地方文化資產和自然景觀。

與環境共生,深耕環境教育
綠色能源不只帶來工程和技術創新,也帶來思維轉變。 SRE 積極進入校園,和師生面對面,介紹離岸風電與再生能源,並舉辦各種認識新能源的講堂、活動,甚至透過桌遊、繪本,以活潑生動的型式,帶領大小朋友認識新能源。 為了將離岸風電的科學知識和社會文化議題以輕鬆有趣的方式傳遞給孩子,風睿能源和出版社跨界合作,出版全台第一本以台灣離岸風電為背景的科普圖文書「全員出動!捕捉風獸因因呼」,並公益捐贈苗栗 119 所國小每校兩本圖文書,作為學校能源教育教材。風睿能源也和出版社攜手走訪校園,以超能小隊的互動故事和 DIY 課程,讓小朋友在潛移默化中認識綠色能源。此外,我們也贊助了國內的環境資訊媒體,推出與國際接軌的能源永續系列報導,讓我們的環境教育工作兼具深度與廣度。 未來,我們期待透過更有創意的方式和社會各界攜手推廣永續理念

Scope Description: As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following: ● Support the WTG Package Manager and Construction Manager in delivering the projects, with overall responsibility for design, specification, procurement and management of the WTG T&I package during the development and execution phase of the project. ● In cooperation with WTG Package Manager and Contract Manager, tender, negotiate and recommend WTG installation contractors and suppliers and required marine spread through to contract award. ● Review and provide recommendations regarding contractors' and suppliers' proposals. ● Confirm proposals are appropriate to meet the project programme, quality and budgetary requirements. ● Risk assess the technical feasibility of contractors’ and suppliers’ proposals to ensure that all risks are identified and evaluated and the risk profile is fully understood. ● Provide required support to Permit team to obtain permits and approvals from local authorities. ● Manage programme of the relevant WTG T&I suppliers and contractors to identify and manage timing and interface issues.
