Financial Modelling • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess project viability, returns, and potential risks • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to support decision-making processes 6. Reporting and Internal Approval Process • Prepare and deliver presentations to Shareholders, Board, Steering Committee and Senior Management • Effectively communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner 7. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and qualified Marine Engineer with a strong background in marine operations, either through a relevant bachelor's degree or hands-on experience. As part of the Construction Team, a cross-project department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for marine operations-related SoW, including supporting the management of offshore contract performance and composing the procedures and templates. This may involve tasks such as overseeing CTV operations, weather forecasting, and Metocean data analysis, etc. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-Duty MC Shift  Take full responsibility for independently managing on-duty Marine Coordinator (MC) shifts. 2. Marine Engineer  Enhance Marine Coordination practices by creating templates.  Vessel Performance Calculation and Analysis, under the management of the Construction Team.  Responsible for Offshore wind related document.  Obtain relevant permits, including Marine MPB, NCC, and MoDA.  Manage offshore related stakeholders.  Manage designated marine operation-related contracts.  Be prepared to sail offshore as required to oversee vessel operations, conduct inspections, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This may involve business trips and offshore assignments as necessary.  Supervise vessel operations and ensure they comply with industry standards and safety regulations while offshore.  Conduct vessel on-hire Inspections.

SRE's Transport & Installation (T&I) department is looking for a WTG T&I Manager to support the team based in Taipei, Taiwan. The candidate will support the WTG package and the EPC team in developing the projects through financial close and project execution. As the WTG T&I Manager, you will manage development and execution related works including all technical and commercial aspects related to the WTG T&I. You will provide leadership, direction and support during the development and execution phase of the project with role's extended responsibilities including support of other (sub) packages related to the Supply and Installation of the WTG. Scope Description: As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following: ● Support the WTG Package Manager and Construction Manager in delivering the projects, with overall responsibility for design, specification, procurement and management of the WTG T&I package during the development and execution phase of the project. ● In cooperation with WTG Package Manager and Contract Manager, tender, negotiate and recommend WTG installation contractors and suppliers and required marine spread through to contract award. ● Review and provide recommendations regarding contractors' and suppliers' proposals. ● Confirm proposals are appropriate to meet the project programme, quality and budgetary requirements. ● Risk assess the technical feasibility of contractors’ and suppliers’ proposals to ensure that all risks are identified and evaluated and the risk profile is fully understood. ● Provide required support to Permit team to obtain permits and approvals from local authorities. ● Manage programme of the relevant WTG T&I suppliers and contractors to identify and manage timing and interface issues. In doing so, collaborate with the planning and interface management functions of the projects. ● Identify and report to the WTG package manager all significant technical risk and develop contingency plans as part of the overall risk management process. ● Identify potential programme issues, engineering issues and risks and assess programme and budget impact. ● Manage the interfaces with the other projects’ packages incl. cross discipline cooperation with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Fabrication and other project team personnel. ● Coordinate with all supporting functions including Contracts, Finance, Permits and ensuring requirements are aligned all aspects related to the WTG T&I package. ● Manage offshore installation contractor, vessel supplier and MWS. ● Select and manage Client’s Representatives for the WTG T&I activities. ● Challenge scope specifications to determine where unnecessary costs can be eliminated, and more value can be added. ● Deal with claims mitigation and challenge cost disputes with 3rd party suppliers in collaboration with the WTG Package Manager and Contract Manager. ● Control spends against the approved project budget in close liaison with the WTG Contract Manager and Cost Controller. ● Drive best-in-class quality and safety standards across the different phases of the project. ● Carry out HAZID/HAZOP for installation equipment design and offshore installation operations. Review Design Risk Assessments for specialized equipment. ● Coordinate and attend inspections of vessels provided to the projects. ● Work closely with the HSE manager, Quality manager and the wider project team to ensure that the suppliers and contractors are operating in compliance with the projects' QA/QC and HSE requirements. ● Continuously share knowledge including regularly updated Lessons Learnt registers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical protection systems to ensure the safety and reliability of our offshore wind installations. This role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle. As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your responsibilities will include: ● Oversee the design and development of electrical protection systems for offshore wind turbines, substations, and associated transmission infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. ● Conduct power system studies, including fault current analysis, relay coordination, and load flow studies, to optimize protection schemes and enhance system reliability. ● Perform technical reviews of electrical designs for wind turbine generators, electrical service platforms, and subsea power cables to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. ● Develop and execute testing and commissioning plans for protection systems, including configuring and programming protective relays and automation systems. ● Provide technical support for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical protection systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation. ● Develop and maintain technical documentation, including protection settings, single-line diagrams, and operation manuals, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders. ● Ensure all protection systems comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and participate in audits and inspections as required. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, mechanical & electrical engineers, and external contractors, to ensure seamless integration of protection systems within overall project designs. ● Review Design Risk Assessments and Hazard Identification (HAZID) and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies for installation equipment design and offshore installation operations.

In the role as SCADA manager will cover the task of implementing the communication network, SCADA and related cyber security measures for the offshore wind project. You will oversee the deliverables of the main SCADA contractor and ensure the signal interfacing and distribution between wind turbines, foundation monitoring system, substations (ONS and OSS), cable monitoring system and TPC (Tai-Power Company). You will also ensure the implementation of the control room for the wind farm and lead the commissioning and handover to operations. The Permit Specialist will support SRE projects to facilitate the permitting processes. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing and submitting permit applications, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement the permit strategy for offshore wind projects, including identifying and assessing regulatory requirements and risks. ● Liaise with the relevant government agencies, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure the timely obtainment of permits. ● Ensure the preparation and submission of permit applications, supporting documentation, and other regulatory filings as required. ● Ensure that all permits are obtained on time and on budget and manage the permit application process from start to finish. ● Monitor and track regulatory developments, identifying potential issues or opportunities that may impact the development of offshore wind projects. ● Collaborate with other departments/packages within the company/project, such as technical or commercial teams, to ensure that all permitting requirements are met. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits and commitment for each offshore wind project and ensure compliance. ● Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the status of the permit process and any related issues or risks. ● Represent the company at permit hearings, meetings, and other forums as necessary.
