1. 配合總部美語主管支持各園所管理, 行政, 教學任務
2. 負責一般文書資料處理工作。
3. 維護、更新、管理各類文件檔案(如:合約、會議記錄、活動文件)和資料庫系統。
3. 完成工作時程表,管理行事曆,並負責會議協調與安排。
4. 準備會議議程,參與會議並撰寫會議記錄。
5. 協助不同校區代課工作(關埔, 新竹, 竹北3校區, 每月代課不超過8天, 自備交通工具)
6. 協助各園管理及監督教學品質
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an English Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a passion for education, and be highly organized. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, supporting supervisor of English Department, and occasionally substituting for classes.
Duty description:
1. Support the headquarters’ English supervisor in managing administrative and teaching tasks across all campuses.
2. Handle general clerical and document-related tasks.
3. Maintain, update, and manage various files and documents (e.g., contracts, meeting minutes, event documents) as well as database systems.
4. Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and coordinate and arrange meetings.
5. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
6. Assist with substitute teaching across campuses (Guanpu, Hsinchu, Zhubei – no more than 8 days per month; own transportation required).
7. Assist in the management and supervision of teaching quality at all campuses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field preferred.
Very good commend in English & Mandarin, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
At least 3-year of related experience working.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
