1. New Product Idea Explore Develop and deliver new product idea/strategies/solutions on ETF and mutual fund, be familiar with regulation and due diligence on local ETFs and mutual funds, be creative and ensure product idea be workable and executable. 2. Product Spec Design Take responsibility for full process of fund launch, work with team and external parties (Index makers & fund consultants) on prospectus and any required documents, ensure fund design is well through to meet initial requirement. 3. Presentable and Good in Communication Submit and present fund proposal to internal committees, can fully express product features and effectively communicate with local and regional management team.
