Health insurance-All full-time employees who have completed three (3) full calendar months of service with Telco are eligible for the benefit package which includes:100% coverage of medical, dental, vision and life insurance. PTO (Paid Time Off)-All full-time employees are eligible for PTO after 3 months of employment,. PTO earned hours are accrued monthly based on the date of hire and used to calculate earned PTO for first year of hire and year of termination. PTO allowance will be credited in advance based on the Year of Hire with the company, maximum amount of annual PTO award is 20 days. Holidays- Telco Intercontinental Corporation observes 9 paid holidays per year. All full time employees are paid at the rate of eight (8) hours for each Holiday. 401K (retirement plan)-All full time employees are eligible to participate in the Plan if: Complete six months of service or Under no special contract agreement.
