• Take clear product management responsibility for the 3D camera products including time-of-flight (ToF), stereo, and structured-light • Analyze 3D camera market situation and take actions to gain market share and strengthen market position • Conduct competitive and market analyses (e.g. portfolio including pricing) and provide related strategies • Contribute to new feature development, UX design optimization and AIOT feature by anticipating 3D camera & application market trends, end-user and customer needs. • Define the commercial & technical requirements of responsible products • Leverage a cross-functional product development team from the original concept to the successfully market release • Insure system approach to maintain product life management • Partner with global sales, marketing team in getting sustainable revenue, profitability • Lead diversity product introduction team to complete marketing launch plan

And this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and an innovative individual to provide practical research, development, and programming in intelligent image processing. This requires the development of novel algorithms which will be implemented and integrated into existing image processing tools/ system developed and owned by LIPS. As a qualify Engineer, your responsibilities are listed below • Work with other teams and vendors together on projects. • Develop and maintain the image quality performance of the product based on the marketing requirements. • Design and automatize the image testing and validation processes. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: • MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of relative experiences. • Familiar with C or C++ or Python. • Strong self-motivation and interest in the computer vision, machine learning or image processing areas. • Good communication skills. The Project Manager manages internal/external projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with the team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. * Require a bachelor's degree and above 3 years of PM experience in the camera or camera system field. * Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. * Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * Perform a variety of tasks.
