• Manage and perform field survey work with the help of Surveyors, Skippers. • Liaise with Project Managers to coordinate field survey work, with the understanding of project budgets, timeline requirements, priorities, and survey methodology. • Act as a company representative, liaising directly with client field representatives. • Prepare and communicate field notes, sketches, checklists, and digital data in required formats for Project Managers, Surveyors and Drafting personnel. • Provide guidance and mentorship to Surveyors working with you. • Contribute to the development and implementation of industry best practices, more efficient field processes and procedures and the innovative use of new technology. • Actively participate in and proactively support the advancement of the IOG procedure. • Produce project related reports with surveyors(DPR、HSE report、mob/demob report and operation report). • Review company procedures and software projects and provide feedback on courses and in-house training. • According to SAC and contract, align with project manager to simulate a strategy of project (including but not limited to port/vessel/equipment). • Prepare survey plan / procedure in PEP / RAMS or related paper works. • Confirmation of mobilization, demobilization, and operation plan with project manager. • As a lead of team on site, use resource from project manager to complete installation and calibration of equipment on vessels. • Assist tasks assigned by supervisor or management.

Purpose： The Project Manager has overall responsibility for the RQHSE, financial performance, client relationship, contract management, scheduling & resource planning and smooth delivery of projects, regardless of the size or complexity of the project Key Deliverables: •Own and drive best RQHSE practise and company policies throughout the project. •Support the Bids team in the development and submission of tenders, including budgeting, solution design, resource planning and project schedule •Ensure awareness, understanding and control of all commercial and technical matters relating to the content of the project or contract •Ensure proper budgetary control on all project costs; prepare, review and approve invoices for prompt submission; recover costs from third parties where appropriate; deal effectively with any client invoicing disputes •Co-ordinate with Tendering Department to ensure a smooth handover of the project from tendering to operational phase •Deliver the project financial performance “as bid/won” or better, including full cost control, management of invoicing and cash flow, accurate forecasting and change order management. •Ensure projects are well planned and delivered to the client’s satisfaction, within the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. •Ensure variations to contract are recognised, tracked and charged at appropriate contract or commercial rates •Ensure regular communication with the client throughout the work; document any changes to specification / work scope or claims. Responsible for ensuring all personnel, regardless of methodology of “employment”, are rigorously checked for quality, certification, appropriate experience and being “fit for purpose” •Oversee, develop and deliver project documentation to ensure that all the aims and deliverables of the project are clearly understood and delivered, especially all aspects of reporting, including accurate and timely DPRs, in line with company procedures and best practice. •Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties and delegate appropriately. •Resolve problems that arise during Projects in an open and efficient manner. •Monitor sub-contractors to ensure all Contract obligations are delivered. •Recruitment of specialists as required for the project requirements. •Working with the company / client RQHSE to deliver the projects health and safety procedures in line with the company policies, procedures and accreditations. •At completion of all projects, deliver a “Lessons Learnt” and Project Close out Reports •Continually seek to improve project performance thus assisting in maintaining a competitive edge for further development.
