Overview: We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a unique rotation between fieldwork aboard our state-of-the-art investigation vessel and office-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, particularly in marine environments, and a passion for innovative offshore investigation. 1.Conduct offshore geotechnical site investigations, including sampling, in-situ testing, and data collection. 2.Analyze geotechnical data and prepare detailed reports for various offshore projects such as wind farms, pipelines, and drilling platforms. 3.Collaborate with the marine operations team to ensure safe and efficient execution of fieldwork. 4.Participate in the planning and execution of offshore campaigns, including equipment preparation and maintenance. 5.Rotate between field assignments on the vessel and office-based roles, ensuring seamless integration of site data with project needs. 6.Provide geotechnical support and recommendations for foundation design, seabed stability, and other marine construction activities. 7.Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technological advancements in offshore geotechnical engineering. 8.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during offshore operations. 9.Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations. 10.Mentor and guide junior geotechnical engineers and technical staff.

Project Planning and Execution: • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project objectives and deliverables. • Plan and oversee the deployment of survey equipment, vessels, and personnel to the offshore site. Operational Oversight: • Manage day-to-day offshore survey operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. • Supervise the mobilization and demobilization of survey equipment and personnel. • Monitor real-time progress and ensure the completion of survey activities as per contractual obligations. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of offshore surveyors, engineers, and technical specialists. • Facilitate communication between onshore support and offshore teams. • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous professional development for team members. Quality Control and Reporting: • Ensure all survey data is collected, processed, and delivered to the client in accordance with industry standards and project specifications. • Review and approve technical reports, charts, and other deliverables. • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress. • Manage relationships with subcontractors, vessel operators, and other third-party service providers. • Address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction. Budget and Resource Management: • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with service providers and suppliers. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize financial and operational impacts. Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and industry-specific standards, including HSE guidelines. • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for offshore operations. • Investigate and report incidents or non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as needed.

1.具有2年以上海上巖土鉆探經驗，或至少100個海上鉆探操作日經驗。 2. 有協助鉆井工人在鉆探作業中的經驗，確保工作流程順利並保障安全。 3. 具備管理所有鉆探活動和監督鉆探設備維護的能力。 4. 熟練組裝鉆探機械並根據需要進行設備維護。 5. 能夠執行一般的鉆探平台維護工作，包括清潔鉆探平台、檢查安全設備，並確保鉆探操作過程中遵守安全規範。

Policy Development and Compliance: • Establish and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards that comply with local, national, and international regulations. • Ensure that all operations, including office, warehouse, and vessel activities, adhere to these policies and standards. • Keep abreast of changes in HSE regulations and best practices, and update company policies accordingly. Risk Management: • Oversee the development and implementation of risk assessments for all operational areas, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures. • Ensure that risk management processes are consistently applied across office, warehouse, and field operations. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies, making adjustments as necessary. Field Operations and Vessel Safety: • Provide HSE oversight for onshore and offshore survey activities, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed on vessels and in field operations. • Conduct regular audits and inspections of vessels, survey sites, and warehouses to ensure compliance with HSE standards. • Work closely with vessel crews, survey teams, and warehouse personnel to address any safety concerns and implement corrective actions. Incident Management and Investigation: • Lead investigations into HSE incidents, including accidents, near misses, and environmental breaches, determining root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. • Prepare detailed reports on HSE incidents and share findings with senior management and relevant stakeholders. • Track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance. Training and Development: • Develop and oversee the delivery of HSE training programs for all employees, including office staff, warehouse workers, and field personnel. • Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained in HSE practices relevant to their roles, including emergency response and hazard awareness. • Promote ongoing professional development within the HSE team to keep skills and knowledge current. • Capable of conducting HIRA, HAZOP & HAZID assessment. Emergency Preparedness: • Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for all operational areas, including office, warehouse, and vessel activities. • Coordinate and conduct regular emergency drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents. • Serve as a key contact during emergency situations, providing leadership and coordination of the response effort.
