We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, drive revenue growth, and expand Partipost’s market presence across multiple countries. This role is responsible for winning new business, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key regional accounts—delivering solutions that align with business objectives and achieve P&L targets.
|Key Responsibilities|
▸ Partnership Development
Identify, scout, and evaluate potential partners that align with Partipost’s business objectives, offering regional solutions that drive partner growth and contribute to internal P&L targets.
▸ Strategic Proposals
Develop compelling pitch strategies and proposal materials tailored to partner needs—ranging from Taiwan-focused initiatives to multi-country regional campaigns.
▸ Go-to-Market Execution
Plan and implement joint go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and events to boost sales performance and enhance brand visibility.
▸ Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams across markets to meet proposal and campaign requirements.
▸ Project Management
Oversee schedules, budgets, KPIs, and overall project organization—ensuring deliverables and deadlines are clearly communicated, understood, and achieved.
▸ Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key partners by monitoring performance, setting measurable KPIs, and ensuring mutual business objectives are consistently met.
▸ Business & Market Insight
Demonstrate strong business acumen, a deep understanding of digital trends and emerging technologies, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
▸ Communication & Leadership
Leverage excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
|Qualifications|
▸ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
▸ Minimum 5 years in E-commerce, Digital Platforms, Marketing, or within a Digital/Creative/Media agency.
▸ Proven ability to identify and develop opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, present and sell services, negotiate, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
▸ Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
▸ Globally minded and adept at working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
▸ Capable of effectively translating business value propositions into impactful proposal decks.
▸ Strong project management, analytical, and partnership management abilities.
▸ Demonstrated success working with multiple business owners, with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
▸ Self-starter who can lead initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
