Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement medium and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. 2. Formulate competitive pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer affordability. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. 4. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction. 6. Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. 7. Act as a bridge between R&D/Fabric Development and customers to drive product success. 8. Translate new fabric innovations into market-ready solutions aligned with customer brand values. 9. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation projects for PLM and MES systems, ensuring successful delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and quality to define project objectives and develop project plans. - Allocate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination and prioritization. - Gather business requirements, validate proposed solution options, consider various constraints such as budget, time, resources, technical, align stakeholders for best decision to company - Lead the design and development of PLM/MES infrastructure, including research, selection, design, testing of PLM/MES systems. - Lead testing, training, data conversion and go live procedures for commissioning PLM/MES systems. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PLM/MES and infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization. - Conduct audits of PLM/MES solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding. - Support HR policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations. - Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in line with local regulations. - Provide HR consultation and support to management and staff across departments. - Handle day-to-day office administration, including vendor management, office facilities, procurement, and general operations. - Assist in HR & Admin projects and continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR & office records.
