Product Expertise and Strategy - Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's tools and their technical applications. - Identify industries and scenarios where the products are or could be utilized effectively. - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather feedback and refine product strategies. 2. Market Research and Trends Analysis - Monitor trends, technologies, and emerging fields where our products may have new applications. - Conduct competitor analysis to maintain market relevance and drive innovation. - Anticipate customer needs and propose solutions that align with market demands. 3. Product Development and Sourcing - Collaborate with R&D to conceptualize and develop new products or features. - Source new product opportunities based on market requirements and customer insights. - Manage product launch strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as the bridge between engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align product goals. - Provide training and resources to sales teams to ensure effective product promotion. - Communicate product roadmaps and updates clearly to all stakeholders. 5. Performance Monitoring - Track product performance through customer feedback and market data. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing products. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (technical background preferred). • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role. • Strong understanding of technical tools and their practical applications. • Experience in market research and competitive analysis. • Familiarity with industries requiring electrical measuring or environmental testing tools is a plus. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage, as many of our key markets are in Russian-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Sales Strategy - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in international markets. - Identify new business opportunities and establish connections with global clients. 2. Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met. - Provide tailored solutions and professional support to clients across various time zones. 3. Market Research - Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. - Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies. 4. Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company goals. - Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. 5. Sales Operations - Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to track progress and meet targets. - Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong profitability margins. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in international sales or a similar role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in global markets. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Proficiency in Russian is a strong advantage. • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
