Job Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Planning – Responsible for both domestic and international product lines, including positioning, marketing strategy, and market expansion plans.
2. Cross-Functional Project Management – Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product development, launch, and commercialization.
3. Market Analysis & Promotion –
Domestic: Collect market insights, plan marketing campaigns, and support medical/consumer education.
International: Conduct overseas market analysis, develop go-to-market strategies, and support distributor/partner development.
4. Business Support & Communication – Provide product presentations, proposals, and professional support to domestic sales teams and overseas clients/distributors.
5. Product Lifecycle Management – Monitor sales performance, cost, and profitability, and optimize product portfolio.
6. Regulatory & Compliance – Support product registration and documentation for both domestic and export markets, ensuring compliance with market regulations.
Education:
Master’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of product management/marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals.
Proven track record in managing both domestic and international markets.
Language:
Fluent in English (TOEIC 800+/IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent), capable of independent communication with overseas clients.
Skills & Traits:
Strong expertise in product strategy, project management, and market development.
Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to serve as an immediate contributor (“ready-to-go”).
