Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office & HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and manage essential HR processes. This role combines office administration responsibilities with HR operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creating an efficient workplace while supporting people-related functions. Key Responsibilities Office Administration • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. • Oversee facility needs such as maintenance, meeting room coordination, and seating arrangements. • Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and scheduling. • Act as the point of contact for office-related queries. • Process vendor and employee expense claims/documents. • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation. HR Operations • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, records management, and offboarding. • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration. • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and well-being initiatives. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Qualifications • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. • Experience with HR operations such as recruitment, employee records, or payroll support. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
