Demand Planning ◆ Build and maintain product-level demand plans based on sales forecasts and actual orders. ◆ Consolidate and review monthly product-level forecasts to ensure alignment with market demand. ◆ Respond to sales inquiries regarding supply and delivery dates, and update plans accordingly. ◆ Manage supply schedules for new product introduction and end-of-life phase-out. ◆ Monitor inventory levels to meet company policy and safety stock requirements. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Manager to lead and oversee the development, management, and optimization of Zyxel's global websites. In this role, you will collaborate with product teams, marketing departments, and IT team to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet both internal and external business needs. Key Responsibilities Internal Collaboration - Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with product teams to gather requirements and objectives for website content and conversion goals, collaborating with marketing for copywriting and digital design assets. Lead the website team in executing and launching content across global sites. - Technical Collaboration with IT: Partner with the IT team to integrate product launching flows, product documentations, firmware files, etc. - Site Management & Updates: Regularly evaluate and manage system infrastructure, optimizing the website's load speed, performance, and user experience. Oversee testing and troubleshooting of new features. Ensure smooth data flow within AWS systems. Lead efforts in managing security testing, system stability, website performance, functionality development, and database management. - Sitemap & Resource Management: Collaborate with product and business units to discuss and manage sitemap, propose actionable solutions, and secure resources for ongoing site development and updates. - AI Tools Integration: Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven solutions to enhance user experience, content personalization, and site performance. External Collaboration - Global Market Customization: Manage the localization of content and website features for international subsidiaries, ensuring accurate language translation and adherence to regional marketing requirements. - Project Management with External Partners: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for web development, ensuring projects align with business goals and deadlines. - Drupal System Management: Manage updates and upgrades to the DRUPAL system and related modules in collaboration with external partners, ensuring all changes are seamlessly integrated into live sites.

Working with IT and third-party to ensure the website is up-to-date. 4. Analyze website traffic and marking recommendations for improvement. Skills/ Experience: 1. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a variety of stakeholders. 2. Problem-solving skills. 3. Experience with the Drupal CMS system is a plus. 4. Having AWS experience is a plus.

NaaS Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the NaaS vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nebula’s cloud networking features 2. Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical input on architecture, design, and implementation of NaaS solutions. Must be able to delve into the technical details and guide development efforts. 3. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of NaaS cloud networking features, from concept to delivery, ensuring continuous innovation and alignment with market. 4.
