主要工作內容 • 負責海外業務拓展，含 ODM 客戶開發及自有品牌海外通路維護。 • 協助制定海外市場策略，完成年度業務目標。 • 負責與海外客戶之報價、議價、合約、訂單、出貨及售後溝通。 • 蒐集並分析市場資訊、產品趨勢及競爭對手動態，提出商業建議。 • 跨部門協作，與研發、PM、供應鏈、品保等部門協調專案進度與交付。 • 視需要參加海外展會或拜訪客戶（出差頻率不高，需能配合）。 職務需求 • 大專以上學歷，研究所畢業尤佳。 • 英文聽、說、讀、寫能力佳，能獨立處理海外商務往來。 • 具 3–5 年以上業務相關經驗，或具跨境電商實務經驗。 • 曾任職於資通訊產業尤佳，特別是 PC 產品品牌業務或 PC 產品代工 (ODM/OEM) 相關經驗者優先。 • 男女不拘，具積極進取心、良好溝通協調與談判能力。 • 出差不頻繁，但需能配合出差。 加分條件 • 熟悉國際貿易、報價及專案管理流程。 • 具海外市場推廣經驗（代理商管理、跨境電商、國際展覽參展經驗）。 • 具策略性思維與分析能力，能獨立推動業務專案。 • 具第二外語能力者加分 (如日語、德語、西班牙語)。 Key Responsibilities • Develop overseas markets, focusing on ODM business and own-brand international channels. • Assist in formulating market strategies to achieve annual sales targets. • Manage quotations, price negotiations, contracts, orders, shipping, and post-sales support with overseas customers. • Collect and analyze market trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to provide business recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, PM, supply chain, QA, etc.) to coordinate project schedules and delivery. • Participate in international exhibitions and business trips as needed (travel is not frequent but required occasionally). Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is a plus. • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for independent international communication. • 3–5 years of experience in sales or cross-border e-commerce. • Experience in the ICT industry is preferred, particularly in PC product brand sales or ODM/OEM business. • Open to all genders; proactive, goal-oriented, with strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel overseas occasionally as business requires. Preferred Skills / Plus Factors • Knowledge of international trade processes and project management. • Experience in overseas market development, distributor management, or cross-border e-commerce. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to execute independently. • Proficiency in an additional foreign language (e.g., Japanese, German, Spanish) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities • Manage product listings, maintenance, and sales promotion on overseas e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon). • Assist in e-commerce strategy planning, performance analysis, and conversion optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams including product, design, and supply chain to ensure listing quality and fulfillment planning. • Monitor marketing campaigns, competitor movements, and industry trends across e-commerce platforms. • Support cross-functional projects and coordinate with global clients and stakeholders as needed.
