【Roles and Responsibilities】
● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
● Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
● Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
● Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
● Track project progress, monitor risks/issues, and maintain project documentation.
● Facilitate cross-functional communication and follow up on action items.
● Ensure project deliverables align with timelines, quality standards, and scope.
● Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution.
● Develop and maintain test cases based on business requirements.
● Assist in defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution with QA and development teams.
