We aim to help brands and marketing agencies better understand social media influencers through detailed data, categorization, and filtering. We have grown significantly in recent months and are looking to continue that trend. About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing team of six Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and serve as a player-coach-supporting your team’s performance while also collaborating with senior leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily team operations. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and who is passionate about developing early-career sales talent. At CreatorDB our data is one of our biggest assets, and you will help to collect, label, categorize, integrate and filter various data from YouTube, Instagram and other social media sites to ensure the accuracy of our data we use to train our AI models.
