Tokuyama Taiwan is looking for a meticulous and motivated formulation researcher to join the R&D team for the development of next generation wet chemicals in the semiconductor field. In this hands-on role, you will support our formulation scientists and engineers in formulating, testing, and analyzing novel chemical products used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for executing experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and accurately documenting results. 《Role and duties》 1. Prepare chemical solutions and formulations accurately according to defined recipes and procedures. 2. Conduct experiments and tests on wet chemical properties, performance, and stability under the guidance of senior scientists or supervisors. 3. Operate, calibrate, and maintain standard laboratory and analytical equipment (e.g., pH meters, titrators, UV-Vis spectrometer, particle counters, SEM, AFM etc.) 4. Perform routine chemical analysis and quality control checks on raw materials, intermediates, and final formulations. 5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols, chemical hygiene plans, and waste disposal procedures. 6. Accurately record experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and electronic databases and report to supervisors. 7. Manage inventory of chemicals and consumables, including receiving, storage, tracking, and ordering supplies. 8. Assist scientists and engineers in troubleshooting experimental processes and equipment issues. 9. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. 10. May involve working in a cleanroom environment periodically when necessary. 11. Local traveling might be required (<10%).
