身為KSHT的資深軟體工程師，我們負責開發點膠設備的運動控制系統，內容包括PLC與基於PC的馬達控制系統、PC通訊用的軟體API，以及以C#開發的使用者介面。
• 將新的運動控制器API整合至軟體中

• 與其他團隊合作，定義軟體需求與規格

As a Senior Software Engineer in KSHT, we develop motion control systems for dispensing equipment. Including, PLC and PC-based motor control system, Software API for PC communications and user interface development by C#.
• Integration new motion controller API to software
• Development and maintenance of motion control and I/O functionalities
• Collaborate with other teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Reviewing device documentation and seamlessly integrating it into the current software system
• Testing and troubleshooting software issues in developing stage and others feedback.

The System Engineer will design system solutions that primarily involve software but also integrate with hardware components. A critical focus of this role is managing and ensuring the quality of the software system.
1. Conduct system and requirement analysis to derive implementable requirement specifications.
2. Develop a deep understanding of real requirements using various methods, including user interviews, system analysis, and cross-functional discussions.
3. Design and lead engineering verification tests and quality assurance processes.
4. Manage and resolve quality issues reported by both external and internal users, driving continuous improvements.

1. 協助公司品質系統的建立與維護，目前已取得ISO9001認証；未來規劃陸續取得ISO14001與ISO45001。
2. 推行並落實QA管理制度，熟悉QC作業實務並協助品質系統的持續改善以符合相關法令與法規要求。
3. 具備甲級環安衛管理證照(技師尤佳)
4. 具備良好跨組織溝通能力，能帶領團隊合作
5. 熟悉環安衛相關法令規範與熟悉環安衛管理及稽核業務
6. 協助優化與調和各驗證系統之品質系統，例如變更管制、設計管制、供應商管理、客戶處理等品質活動。
7. 參與相關各ISO系統文件的撰寫、審閱以及核准，並與跨部門單位合作進行專案的推進與提供品質相關意見。
8. 負責或協助公司各ISO系統內外部稽核活動，包括主管機關、驗證單位與內部稽核小組定期稽核以及國內外客戶稽核，並進行缺失改善追蹤與回覆。
