OCC（航務控制中心）是公司飛航任務與客戶溝通的中樞。身為調度員，您將負責協助航班調度、維持與機師及客戶間的順暢聯繫，確保任務執行的效率與安全。 The Operations Control Center (OCC) serves as the central hub for flight operations and client communication. As a dispatcher, your role is to support flight coordination, ensure smooth communication and help to maintain the efficiency and safety of all missions. --------- 工作內容 Responsibilities 機師與客戶協調 Pilot & Client Coordination →協調機師班表，處理臨時異動，作為客戶與機組間的溝通橋樑。Coordinate pilot schedules, manage last-minute changes, and act as a communication bridge between clients and flight crews. 飛行計畫支援 Flight Planning Support →彙整飛航路線、燃油需求、飛行時間與載重平衡等資訊，協助任務規劃。Collect and compile data on flight routes, fuel requirements, estimated flight time, and weight balance to support effective mission planning. 天氣與安全支援 Weather & Safety Support →提供即時天氣預報，協助完成飛行前安全檢查（如機師酒測等）。Provide updated weather forecasts and assist with pre-flight safety procedures such as alcohol testing. 載重協調 Load Coordination →根據人員與貨物資料編製載重與平衡資訊，確保飛行安全。Organize weight and balance information based on passenger and cargo data to ensure safe load distribution. 文件與資料管理 Document & Data Management →確認並歸檔任務結束後的飛行文件，確保完整性與準確性。Verify and archive post-mission flight documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. 輪班與現場支援 Shift Duty & On-site Support →在輪班期間，與直升機及風場OCC保持即時聯繫，於緊急狀況中提供迅速協助。Maintain real-time communication with helicopters and wind farm OCC during shifts and provide rapid assistance in case of emergencies. 其他主管交辦事項 Other Duties as Assigned

基本需求 Basic Qualifications → 必須具備中華民國國籍 Must possess Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality. → ICAO航空英文檢定第四級合格 或 TOEIC 800 以上 ICAO Aviation English Proficiency Level 4 or TOEIC score of 800 or higher → 熟悉電腦軟體操作 Proficient in computer software 飛行時數及經驗需求 Flight hours and experience requirements: →具備航空人員甲類駕駛員體檢合格。Must have passed the Class 1 aviation medical examination for aircrew. →應經正駕駛職務者，其總飛時至少為2000小時，PIC至少1000小時，雙發動機PIC時數500小時。For applicants who have served as a pilot in command (PIC), must have a total flight time of at least 2000 hours, with at least 1000 hours as PIC. Total hours in command Multi-Engines 500 hours. →已具備航空人員檢定證者(機型不拘， 同型者尤佳)、或已具備直升機民用運輸駕駛員( ATPL(H) )或直升機商用駕駛員(CPL(H) )執照者、或已通過直升機商用駕駛員學科檢定合格者、或具備等同時數之軍方經驗者， 均歡迎參與報名甄選。Candidates who have an aviation personnel certification (regardless of aircraft type, with the same type being preferred), or hold a commercial helicopter transport pilot license (ATPL(H)), or a commercial helicopter pilot license (CPL(H)), or have passed the helicopter commercial pilot subject examination, or have equivalent military experience with similar flight hours, are all welcome to apply for the selection. *應徵請一併提供英文履歷 Please provide also your English CV when you apply for the position*

工作內容 Responsibilities →協助制定年度預算，並監控各部門的預算執行情況，進行差異分析。負責成本核算與控制，識別並推動節約成本的措施。Assists in the formulation of annual budget and monitors budget execution across departments, conducting variance analysis. Responsible for cost accounting and control, identifying and promoting cost-saving measures.。 →建立並維護健全的內部控制系統，確保資產安全與財務流程的規範性。協調內外部審計工作，提供所需的財務資料與解釋。stablishes and maintains a robust internal control system to ensure asset security and the standardization of financial processes. Coordinates internal and external audit activities, providing necessary financial data and explanations. →審核其他一般會計帳務。Review general accounting tasks. →各項費用單據及帳務。Review payment documents and following process. →貨款或費用等應付款項。Review accounts payable such as vendor payments →客戶應收款項帳務。 Review accounts receivable from customers. →完成費用暫估及編製月結報表。Propose a forecast monthly report of expenses. →配合查帳作業，並將調整分錄入帳。To work with audit accountants and adjust.
