1. Maintain relationships with vendors in Taiwan to secure optimal support.
2. Forecast and plan inventory with vendors.
3. Manage on-hand inventory, address aging inventory, and expedite upcoming shipments.
4. Develop and implement promotional and incentive programs to boost sales revenue.
5. Generate P&L reports for better product management.
6. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Create management reports and presentations.
8. Prepare business plans with guidance from the US PM team.
