【工作內容】 • 設計提案、設計發想及製作專案簡報，具有獨立思考的能力。 • 輔助設計師行政事務。 • 熟操作AutoCAD、Rhino、Sketch up、VRay或其他設計專業相關軟體。 • 製作工程估價單、裝修施工圖，繪製設計圖。 • 繪製完整設計圖(平面圖、機電圖、管線圖、立面施工圖、3D圖等)。 • 協助聯絡及發包，追蹤各項工程進度，執行標準的裝修工程管理。 • 了解施工細節、材料及施工工法，現場監工控管施工品質。 • 以溝通、協調等其他方式解決專案問題。 • 其他主管交辦事務。 • 投遞履歷時，請附上個人作品，具業界專案實務經驗者優先考慮。 【具備特質與能力】 • 三年以上工作及工地施工管理經驗。 • 了解施工細節、材料及施工工法，現場監工控管施工品質。 • 能掌握各種設計風格，不設限；提出符合業主需求的完善建議。 • 耐心、細心、貼心，設身處地站在業主角度思考 ((重要))。 • 善於與施工團隊合作及溝通，具備良好「傾聽」、整合與溝通協調能力。 • 獨立思考，高學習力與抗壓力，適應瞬息萬變的市場生態。 • 能獨立作業也能團隊合作，有責任感，於期限內完成專案。 ________________________________________________________________________________________ 【Job Responsibilities】 • Develop design proposals, generate creative concepts, and prepare project presentations with independent thinking. • Assist designers with administrative tasks. • Proficiently operate design-related software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, VRay, or other relevant tools. • Prepare project cost estimates, construction drawings, and design documents. • Create detailed design plans (floor plans, MEP drawings, pipeline layouts, elevation drawings, 3D renderings, etc.). • Assist in contacting vendors and subcontractors, track project progress, and execute standardized renovation project management. • Understand construction details, materials, and methods; supervise on-site construction to ensure quality control. • Resolve project issues through communication, coordination, and other problem-solving strategies. • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. • When applying, please attach a personal portfolio.
