Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive product visibility, market entry, and brand awareness. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering go-to-market strategies and ensuring consistent and impactful communication across channels, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will combine strong cross-functional coordination, business development skills, and customer-oriented thinking to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Development & Market Expansion
•Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market segments, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
•Develop and execute market entry strategies in target countries, including partnership and distributor onboarding plans.
•Analyze competitor movements, regulatory shifts, and customer behavior to guide growth initiatives.
2.Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
•Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product launches, geographic expansion, and key campaigns.
•Track launch KPIs and post-launch feedback to optimize future campaigns.
3.Marketing Communications & Messaging
•Develop and maintain brand-aligned messaging frameworks across product lines, audiences, and geographies.
•Manage internal and external communications, including product announcements, newsletters, customer-facing updates, and internal briefings.
•Work with designers or agencies to produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, product videos, and etc).
4.Market & Customer Insight
•Gather insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform GTM strategies and positioning.
5.Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
•Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across priority markets.
•Define campaign objectives, key messages, target audiences, and channel strategies
•Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
6.Sales Enablement
•Create or coordinate development of sales tools including pitch decks, FAQs, objection-handling guides, and competitive comparisons.
•Ensure field teams are equipped with the right content and messaging for every stage of the customer journey.
