1. JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES
To provide comprehensive sales support by managing order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintaining effective communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments to achieve high customer satisfaction.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
• Process customer orders accurately, confirming pricing, specifications, and
delivery dates.
• Proactively track and monitor order status from production through to delivery.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their order progress.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics and planning departments to ensure on-
time shipment.
• Handle customer inquiries, order changes, cancellations, and urgent requests
efficiently.
• Assist sales representatives in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and
contracts.
• Maintain and update customer information, interactions, and order details in the
CRM system.
• Support accounts receivable processes by assisting with invoicing and payment
follow-up.
• Assist in generating regular sales reports and maintaining sales data records.
3. KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
• College diploma or above in Business, Trade, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support, order processing, or
customer service role.
• Experience within the electronics, manufacturing, or components industry is a
plus.
Skills & Knowledge
• Proficient in English reading and writing is essential.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP (e.g., SAP) systems is highly
advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under
pressure in a fast-paced environment.
