[ A Day In The Life | 工作日常 ] 負責新產品結構與外觀設計評估，確認設計方案具備可製造性及量產可行性。執行樣品打樣，進行結構強度、耐久性與組裝性測試，驗證設計品質與產品可靠性。 繪製零件圖、組立圖及BOM（材料清單），並撰寫技術規格書及工程相關文件，作為產品開發與生產的依據。跨部門協調並與供應商合作，解決產品在設計、量產、組裝與使用過程中所遇技術問題。 參與產品試產與量產導入，負責異常狀況分析與處理，確保生產流程穩定。針對產品不良率及客訴問題，進行原因分析與對策改善，提升產品品質與顧客滿意度。 2. [ 產品數據管理 ] •收發與管理研發文件、建立電子與紙本歸檔系統，並負責DMR、DHF、風險管理等技術文件的保存與維護。 •使用SAP/ERP系統進行物料維護、研發樣品預留、工單開立及請款作業，確保數據完整性。 3. [ ISO文件與稽核管理 ] •負責品質系統文件控管與維護，並協助內外部稽核資料準備及追蹤改善進度 4.
