Essential Responsibilities:
External
1. Contact window to customers, understand customers’ exact requirements and convey to internal stakeholders
2. Plan sales activities based on sales budget and execute sales action plans, including business proposal presentation, demand-capacity arrangement and optimization to achieve Taiwan sales target
3. Maintain customer relationship by providing prompt and effective sales service, including delivery compromise, issue handling, customer complaint, to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Gather and collect business information/movements from customers and market, including market size and industrial status.
Internal
1. Maintain accuracy of sales forecast from dynamic business environment and handle documentation of quotation, sales records and marketing data.
2. Coordinate within internal parties to optimize resource, capacity and/or technical support to meet customers’ requirements.
3. Prepare business proposal for contract, quotation, pricing, and able to present the proposal to get alignment for execution.
a. Mask Tape-Out information handling:
To Handle diverse questions from customers about Data Handling to mask
production.
b. Delivery Management:
Adjust delivery schedules in changing situation/priority and respond to both sides
timely to ensure on-time delivery.
c. Documentation:
ERP system about PO/Shipping/Accounting process and import/export matters
d. CS shift duty:
One time weekdays's evening and one weekend/holiday per month as one quarter
of shift duty work.
e. General Affairs assistance:
Arrangement for visitors and tripper, office stuff, activity planning
