A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist in APAC, you will take charge of overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for Japan, with occasional involvement in other North & Southeast Asia regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring across all levels of the organization, from entry-level positions to executive leadership roles. In this role you will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead. You Will Make an Impact By: • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fulfill the organization's staffing needs. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process. • Conduct recruitment activities across all levels, including executive-level positions, mid-level management, and entry-level roles. • Lead regional campus recruitment efforts and promote the hiring of fresh graduates and diverse talents. • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously enhancing recruitment processes and strategies. • Act as a brand ambassador for MKS Instruments, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates. Skills You Bring: (Required Skills) • Tertiary education in a relevant field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of international recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization. • Experience in campus recruitment preferred. • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous. • Agency recruitment or RPO experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and strategies as well as passion to discover and implement alternative/new ways to attract talent through the use of technology. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment. • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth. • Ability to thrive in a competitive recruiting landscape and work effectively under pressure. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

A Day in Your Life at MKS: Achieve sales objectives within accounts assigned. Provide a technical service to meet customer satisfaction. Build continuous relationships with customers through effective key account management. Develop new business opportunities and value-added services to customers’ processes. Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities in ensuring all customer requirements are met. You Will Make an Impact By: • Ensure you achieve sales target and sales development as annual plan. • Responsible for accounts under responsibilities and as assigned. • Looking for and contribute to developing a new business opportunity within assigned accounts to achieve sales target. • Ensure that all customer processes from Atotech are performing to the customer satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency including cost control. • Implement the continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectation in terms of quality and efficiency. • Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problem in the customer process. • Communication and liaise with PMMs and internal stakeholders for any technical issues, business opportunity, competitor information and misc. • Responsible for all technical communication between all Atotech department and customers, attending all required technical meetings and communicating activities to appropriate people and all information from other regions, product specialists, etc. must be approved by the product marketing manager before being given to the customer. • Provide technical support and share information among sales team o Provide technical assistance o Provide consumption and trend o Provide competitor information o Discover opportunities • Recommend quality or process improvement measure to immediate superior. • Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Skills You Bring: • Educational Background: Graduated in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Electroplating, or a related field. • Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or technical support within the chemical industry. • Specialized Expertise: Experience in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) plating and industrial coating is a significant advantage. • Licenses: Must possess an international driving license. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin, with a strong ability in technical or business writing. • Language Proficiency: Business-level proficiency in English & Mandarin is a major plus. • Mobility: Must own a car and be willing and able to work up-country.

In this role, you will report to the Analytics Laboratory Manager. You Will Make an Impact By: • Ensure sample lead time meet requirements for sample analysis • Provide urgent support for troubleshooting • Maintain smooth daily laboratory operations including instrument maintenance, ISO documentation, safety in lab activities, 5S in work area, and SAP system usage Skills You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or related fields • Minimum of one year of work experience • Sufficient knowledge to understand and follow test methods for conducting chemical analyses using various instruments Preferred Skills: • Familiar with AAS, ICP-OES, TOC, UV, Titrator, and HPLC • Experience in laboratory work and the PCB industry is a plus Physical Demands and Working Conditions: • Operate chemicals in a laboratory environment with personal protective equipment (PPE) • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
