Generate and lead the implementation of ideas for continual process improvement. 6.Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues. 7.Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. 8.Coach supervisors and managers to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality. 9.Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for both management and front-line employees. 10.Deliver effective change leadership by driving business changes while minimizing people impact. 11.Be the GCS (Global Control Standard) Control Owner of I2C (Inventory to COGS) process to well execute in line with GCS standard, pass quarterly testing and corporate auditing to reach company goal.
