美商科進栢誠工程顧問有限公司台灣分公司/科進栢誠工程顧問股份有限公司共同聲明 一、針對近日有心人士透過網路冒用美商科進栢誠工程顧問有限公司台灣分公司/科進栢誠工程顧問股份有限公司之名義，假借招聘人員進行詐騙乙事，本公司特在此澄清，以正視聽。 二、本公司對於人員招募及聘用向來審慎且重視，任何人力需求，均透過合法合規的人力資源網站刊登職缺進行招募。本公司所有職缺候選人都會經歷需求單位以及人資部的雙重面試，不論面試形式為何，都由本公司人資部作為唯一的招募及聘用管道，若面試後有意錄取，本公司亦將由人資部同仁以本公司電話親自聯絡求職者，進一步商談聘僱條件與報到日期；同時，本公司亦會以電子郵件發送加密形式之聘僱契約書及檢附公司相關資料予求職者受領。 三、按我國就業服務法第五條第二項第三款之規定「雇主招募或僱用員工，不得扣留求職人財物或收取保證金。」本公司向恪遵法令，絕不會要求任何求職者支付任何費用或保證金，特此呼籲所有求職者，若有接獲招募訊息或面試邀約，請留意且確認招募管道及招募人員的真實性，並審慎檢視招聘流程的合理性，如有發現可疑或不法之處，請儘速撥打165反詐騙電話諮詢、檢舉或報案。 四、任何假借美商科進栢誠工程顧問有限公司台灣分公司/科進栢誠工程顧問股份有限公司之名義進行求職詐騙行為者，本公司定將依法追訴，以維權益。為網羅優秀人才，特再聲明，本公司之徵才資訊僅刊登於104人力銀行或LinkedIn等具一定規模及知名度之求才網站，若求職者有意願加入本公司之行列，請利用上述平台投遞個人履歷，以保障求職權益。在此呼籲所有求職者，請務必保持警覺，避免成為詐騙的受害者。
