Main Responsibilities: • Perform signal integrity analysis (frequency/time domain) for 224G PAM4 and above. • Conduct PI DC/AC analysis, power plane design, and optimization. • Analyze high-speed serial channels and DDRx SI, including ASIC breakouts, connectors, and cables. • Collaborate with ASIC vendors for link training and system-level integration. • Communicate effectively with Tier 1 hyperscale data center customers. Secondary Responsibilities: • Use tools like HFSS, SIwave, ADS, PowerDC, OptimizePI, and Hyperlynx for analysis and optimization. • Familiarity with COM configuration spreadsheets. • Experience with switch/server products is a plus.

Main Responsibilities: • Designs, develops and validates complex networking product enclosure designs. • Hard-tooling development. • Projects progress control and tracking to achieve the project goals. • Mass production and design problem solving and cross function coordination. • Independently develops chassis designs and PCB mechanical layouts. • Collaborate with system architects to review and clarify design requirements and translates them into design specifications. • Independently assembles prototypes and validates proper fit/finish/functionality. • Works with and manages external component suppliers/manufacturers. • Communicates complex technical aspects of a project effectively to customers and collects incorporates feedback into design specifications. • Identifies design innovations and potential patentable solutions. Main Responsibilities: • Design high-speed Ethernet switching/routing platforms for the datacenter. • Ensure compliance with IEEE 802.3, OIF, and other standards. • Design with advanced Ethernet MAC switch ASICs. • Work closely with Signal Integrity Engineer on interfaces such as QSGMII, PCIe, DDR5, CAUI-4, PAM4, 400GAUI-8, 800GAUI-8. • Write test plan, review and edit test report. • Validate high-speed PAM4 serial interfaces and others. • Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues. • Collaborate with Mechanical, SI, and cross-functional teams. • Document hardware specifications and test results.
