Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Technical Service Engineer/Manager to join our team, specializing in CPU customization computing projects. This role combines technical expertise (from either digital design OR software development background) with customer-facing responsibilities to deliver customized CPU solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our engineering teams and customers, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Project Management
• Communicate directly with customers to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for CPU customization projects
• Manage project discussions, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams
• Facilitate technical meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Technical Verification & Quality Assurance
• Verify and test RTL designs and/or software packages before customer delivery
• Validate solutions and ensure compatibility with customer requirements
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for customized solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during project implementation
Technical Support & Documentation
• Provide technical guidance on CPU architecture and implementation strategies

Andes Deep Learning Accelerator (AnDLA) is a highly efficient and cost-sensitive AI solution for edge devices and endpoints. AnDLA features hardwired processing units for matrix multiplication, convolution, pooling functions, and more in the future.

Andes Technology is developing Processor IP based on RISC-V ISA , from high-performance to energy-effective devices.
As a system software engineer of Virtual Platform, you will help develop a Virtual Platform tool for hardware & software co-design/co-verification of processor based computation system.
We are heavily using C/C++. You should be familiar with modern C/C++ techniques and be able to program in a logical, reusable, and timely fashion.
[Responsibilities]
Develop the simulators/emulators of processor based computation system.
[Minimum qualifications]
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good experience with Programming languages such as C, C++, etc.
