1.Work with PM/RD/QA for all of engineering job in OSAT (Assembly/Test) 2.Key responsibilities including : (1)New production introduction (2)New package survey and qualification in OSAT (3)Engineering verification (4)Process change management (5)Electrical and physical analysis of characterized parts, production improvement /problem solving, and document preparing of project owner in each phase of APQP to speed up the release schedule of new product to production.(NPI、ENG、MP) 3.Project coordination and host the review meeting (OSAT related) with PM/RD、customers、vendors

●Test Program Development ◎ Develop automated test programs on platforms such as ATE (Automated Test Equipment) ◎ Define test plans based on product specifications, including parametric, functional, and timing tests. ●Device Characterization & Debug ◎ Characterize new devices across voltage, temperature, and process corners. ◎ Analyze and debug test failures, ensuring correlation between lab bench and ATE results. ◎ Identify root cause for yield loss, test escapes, or false failures. ●Production Support & Yield Improvement ◎ Support test program transfer from engineering to high-volume production. ◎ Monitor production yield, identify trends, and take corrective actions. ◎ Optimize test time and cost without compromising quality or coverage. ●Test Hardware Design ◎ Design and validate test hardware such as load boards, probe cards, and interface boards for wafer sort and final test. ◎ Work with teams and suppliers to fabricate and assemble test hardware. ●Data Analysis & Reporting ◎ Perform statistical analysis using tools like JMP, Excel, or custom scripts (Python, MATLAB). ◎ Generate reports for characterization, qualification, and mass production release (CP/FT data). ◎ Provide feedback to design, QA, and reliability teams. ●Cross-Functional Collaboration ◎ Collaborate with design, product, packaging, reliability, and manufacturing engineers ◎ Define DFT (Design for Test) strategies ◎ Support failure analysis ◎ Ensure product meets quality and performance standards ●Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement ◎ Reduce test time and improve throughput. ◎ Optimize binning strategy and guardband settings for better yield and margin. ◎ Evaluate and qualify alternate test sites or test platforms.

Primary Job Functions / Responsibilities: • 2025 focused project – Global Model N system launch as project lead to collaborate with system vendor and internal parties • Develop and grow our revenue in new and existing customers. • Process sales inquiry, generate quotation and sales documentation as needed. • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Model N) including customer information, and sales pipeline updates. • Collaborate closely with other regions to align on strategy and campaigns to support the sales process.
