1.依據生產排程督導安排每日生產備料工作 2.督導生產欠料備料工作 3.督導堆高機、貨梯等工具的使用及日常保養工作 4.負責控制異常庫存，定期向上級提出庫存報告並追蹤處理結果 5.負責對廠商來料數量控制，收、發(借)料和倉庫日常整理，統計收料、入庫作業異常和責任歸屬，並實施相對應對策 6.對倉庫帳、物進行自盤，發現問題並即時處置，保障料帳卡號一致 7.負責年終盤點及定期物料抽盤工作 8.部門之日常管理與員工教育訓練工作 9.其他上級主管交辦事項
