POMME獨家開發RDL製程，並結合高解析度的電阻及高精度點針探針台". 2017年 "Four Point Tester / Thin film testing / Repair/Cali Instrument. 因應客戶需求，增加4點探針台、 薄膜量測及一條龍服務增加儀器維修校驗". 2018年 Low-I Probestation 1. 5fA current 2. Used Equip Stock. 與客戶共同開發低電流探針台， 探針台+儀器可以到 5fA current 及提供二手設備 之服務. 2019年 SF-C Probestation 1. Cost efficient 2. Highly integrated. 因應客戶成本需求開發探針台，針對不同客戶從低階到高階之客製化服務. 2020年 "OST service 1. Low current testing 2. WBG testing 3. DPT testing 4. Thermal Resistance 5. Thermal testing. ‧開始投入第三代寬能矽車用半導體，提供委測服務，封裝完 data sheet 委測，高低 溫測試 及不同封裝形式治具服務。 ‧提供完整測試設備系統，包含：儀器、治具、探針台、溫控器。 2021年 "WBG Probestation 1. GaN/ SiC orientation 2. 10kV/200A 成為第三代寬能矽車用半導體測試方案之先趨, 建立第一座電性測試實驗室，成功開 發高壓高流10kV/200A 探針台"。 2022年 取得英商ipTEST獨家代理權，銷售第三代寬能隙半導體MOS、IGBT、SiC、GaN 電性測試儀器。 2023年 取得是德科技Keysight 授權經銷商，成為其半導體量測解決方案合作夥伴。 2024年 取得Microtest代理權，成立功率模組實驗室
