[Role Summary] The Customer Service Senior Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day order processing and customer service activities for FMCG customers. This role ensures accurate and timely order-to-cash execution, resolves customer inquiries, and supports internal teams to deliver high service levels and operational efficiency. The IFP Packaging Technologist (Asia & ANZ) will support the development and implementation of packaging improvement plans in our mills and ECMs across the region. The role is an integral part of the IFP Packaging Development team and will work in partnership with our IFP Innovation, Growth, Product Supply & ABU teams to help us to achieve our business objectives around innovation, renovation and cost optimisation.​ Typical responsibilities would include:​ • Developing new packaging materials and dimensions for new products.​ • Designing trial protocols and success criteria for packaging trials. ​ • Writing trial reports, assessing data via statistical analysis to make recommendations.​ • Defining packaging quality requirements for packaging components and finished packaged products.​ • Managing all technical aspects with our packaging suppliers.
