1. Lead and motivate a team in a challenging environment and assist the team in facilitating the efficiency with the highly quality. 2. Be aware of the regulation and policy changes and ensure the procedures and processes are properly responding as well as accurately communicate the implications to the team. 3. Close communication and timely escalation with Front Office and LCD especially on matters that involve pending profiles. 4. Develop and maintain excellent professional relationship and proactively engage with all stakeholders. 5. Provide adequate guidance regarding client due diligence and support the Department Head to manage a team of KYC professionals. 6. Participation in the Branch projects assigned by Management and Regional Office and able to discuss the matters with relevant parties independently.

1. Grow client relationships: Develop & deepen client relationships through regular engagement, thought leadership and solution driven approach. 2. Solid Operation: Ensure high quality execution, with attention to detail on internal rules & regulations in a fast paced environment. 3. Team player: working closely with the internal stakeholders including global markets teams in other centers, relationship managers, internal legal, and operation teams etc. 4. Network and Connect: Help identify new opportunities for target client list in Taiwan and expand flow business with existing clients to meet aggressive revenue targets. 5. Product Expertise: Strong understanding of FX & rates products to be able to tailor suitable solutions for both existing & new clients. 6. Be a Trusted Partner: Monitor and send market updates including trade ideas based on market movements, working in collaboration with traders, economists, and strategists. 7. Risk and Governance: Keep abreast of local regulations and have strong risk control practice to ensure compliance with limits and regulations. 8. Teamwork: educate and mentor junior sales persons to develop them into solution providers.
