UI /UX Design Manager(全球性專案）

Lexionlu is looking to hire a senior UI/UX Manager for our UI/ UX team. This team is comprised of extraordinary UI and UX designers and works together with our PM, Promgoers, and clients, especially banking or airline industry. Your Role and Responsibilities: As a senior UI/UX Manager, you will help in defining the user experience, flows, interaction patterns, and the interface guideline for internal and external-facing RWD web and App. You will collaborate with clients to assure the solutions align with user needs and business goals. An optimal candidate should be passionate, curious, and a self-driven team player who has a strong collaboration ethic while working with a global multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a Senior Designer who is experienced working in a fast-paced environment within a global multi-disciplinary team. Background in working on UX design for 5+ years of hands-on experience. In addition to user experience design daily tasks, the candidate shall be also familiar with client or leadership presentations and shall be able to work across multiple tracks of work. Having the experience to lead a project or design team would be a big plus. 1. 熟RWD網站或客製化App設計及規劃流程及制定Design Guideline。熟悉Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma，抗壓性強負責任，可用英文溝通 2. 樂於自我學習，喜歡研究國內外網站、熟APP、Mobil及各種數位使用介面與操作流程、UI、UX。 3. 邏輯清楚，喜歡思考與解決問題的能力。 4. 勇於嘗試、挑戰自我、積極、抗壓力強，有責任感及工作熱血。挑戰大型、Global stander的專案。 5. 具領導力、善溝通、樂於分享。
