* Comply with Medtronic’s Business Code of Conduct. * Responsible for maximizing annual sales targets for assigned products within assigned territory. * Conduct sales calls to promote and service assigned products and services to existing, potential and competitive customers. Work with therapy BU to support strategic and overall therapy solution selling to hospital. * Handle and coordinate most sales and marketing activities to maximize Medtronic revenue within assigned territory. * Provide on-going field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution, pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features. * Complete administrative reporting as assigned, expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners. * Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained. * Ensure ongoing, timely customer support for all defined products by providing product information through appropriate communication channels. * Develop and deliver training/education for customers on the use of the products via liaison with the Product in the different business unit of Medtronic. * Effectively manage cost, time and company assets.
