1. Oversee financial operations, including expense management, relevant tax matters, operating cash, and investment accounting, while ensuring compliance with internal and external statutory reporting requirements. 2. Develop annual expense budgets aligned with company and Group strategy. Support Actuary in delivering high-quality BP scenario simulations. 3. Review significant expenditure approval proposals (ACR) and facilitate the Group ACR approval process. 4. Ensure tax compliance and collaborate with big4 to explore opportunities for tax refunds and reductions. 5. Authorize level I cash payment transactions and assess cash positions to ensure meeting liquidity needs and complying with legal requirements. 資格條件: •Above 7 years working experience, including at least 2 years in a management role. •Advanced degree such as MBA or a relevant professional qualification (e.g.CPA) will be an advantage. •Experienced with expense budget in life insurance company is preferred. •Logical and critical thinking & problem solving with good organization and project management skills. •Fluent in both spoken and written English.
